Start with a conversation about what is slowing your business down and where you want to get to. I can then recommend a useful first step and agree the scope with you.
Do you just advise, or build as well?
Both. My work covers technology direction, systems integration, reporting, operational software and practical delivery. The scope makes clear what I will advise on, what I will deliver and what it will cost.
Do I need to replace my existing systems?
Not necessarily. I start with what you already use and where it falls short. The aim is to keep what works, assess what can be connected and only recommend new software where there is a clear reason for it.
What happens to the systems if you are unavailable?
Access, documentation, client-specific source and operating knowledge should remain controlled and transferable. Read the continuity and ownership approach.
