I'm Andy Hayes. I bring more than 30 years in technology, systems and software delivery, with a commercial understanding of how businesses actually work.
I work with owners, managers and the people doing the work. I will come to your workplace, explain AI in plain English and keep the workshop at a level everyone can follow.

No. This is an introductory session for people who have never used AI or have only experimented occasionally. No coding or technical background is needed.
A small selection relevant to everyday business work, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini. The emphasis is on understanding useful tasks, not racing through every tool.
A suitable room, a screen for demonstrations and reliable internet access. I will agree any account or laptop requirements with you before the session. Software subscriptions are not included.
At your business premises, anywhere in the UK. I come to your workplace so your team can learn together using examples relevant to your business. Travel and any accommodation costs are agreed separately before you commit.
Once the date, location and any travel costs are agreed with you, I will arrange the invoice. Full payment is required before any training takes place. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or take payment.
No. Advanced AI use, agents, automation, integrations and software development are separate services. This session stays at beginner level so everyone can follow it.
