Do we need to know anything about AI?
No. This is an introductory session for people who have never used AI or have only experimented occasionally. No coding or technical background is needed.
Which AI tools will you cover?
A small selection relevant to everyday business work, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini. The emphasis is on understanding useful tasks, not racing through every tool.
What do we need at our premises?
A suitable room, a screen for demonstrations and reliable internet access. We will agree any account or laptop requirements before the session. Software subscriptions are not included.
Where do you deliver AI training?
I am based in Beverley, East Yorkshire, and deliver on-site in Beverley, Hull and throughout the UK. Travel and any accommodation costs are agreed separately before you commit.
When do we pay?
Once we have agreed the date, location and any travel costs, I will arrange the invoice. Full payment is required before any training takes place. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or take payment.
Is advanced AI or software development included?
No. Advanced AI use, agents, automation, integrations and software development are separate services. This session stays at beginner level so everyone can follow it.
